Training

Setting you up for success with a full program of training before transition.
Before moving into an entirely new business model, it’s important not only to train your mind, but also your practice. Far from a mechanical process, private medicine requires a significant mind shift for you and your staff.
Even though you may find yourself returning to your original vision of what medicine should look like, it’s still important to be able to communicate to patients what the change will mean. So we work with you on presentation skills, and guide you through how to present the practice and its value proposition.
Patients usually appreciate the promise of shorter waits and more time with you. But we’ll also show you how to educate patients about your new practice and state-of-the art disease prevention. This use of science to drive the business is an important message, and key in keeping patients.
The challenge of communicating and working with patients is probably more acute with your staff. They’ve been accustomed to “keeping things moving” and on schedule. We’ll work with you and your staff to reintroduce special treatment to the practice, and show your team how to effectively enroll patients in a strikingly different practice.
You’ll also receive training on the tools to help you make the transition. From software to manage prospective patients to new methods for heart attack prevention, we are here to support you along the way.
Training is not a single step … we know the importance of ongoing reinforcement. And though it’s a very hands-on experience at the beginning, we’ll use ongoing face-to-face training, Webinars and other techniques to help maximize current patient conversion rate, and also identify new prospects, convert and retain them.
